Shift Pattern: Days, 36 hours per week

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you will play a key role in delivering products to customers' front doors, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will load and drive a delivery van, maintain its cleanliness, and support the team with picking and packing online orders during busy periods.

• Deliver products to customers' front doors on time and with a friendly approach.
• Load the delivery van and ensure items are secure.
• Keep the van clean and in good working condition.
• Assist the team with picking and packing online orders when required.
• Maintain delivery schedules and report any delays or issues.

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) with at least 12 months of continuous driving and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to learn and undertake training.
