At Müller, we’re passionate about delivering quality products while creating a sustainable future. As our Procurement Category Manager for Cap Ex & Facilities, you’ll lead a complex spend area, partnering closely with business stakeholders to shape how we invest, innovate and grow.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading a complex Cap Ex and facilities spend area across capital projects, production equipment and engineering services, managing £100m of external spend
  • Creating and delivering category strategies aligned to business and group priorities
  • Building strong partnerships with engineering and senior stakeholders to drive specification engagement and compliance
  • Providing market insight, data analysis and recommendations to support planning and decision making
  • Managing suppliers through effective relationship strategies to deliver against KPIs and unlock long-term value
  • Supporting strategic projects including major investments and new product launches
  • Driving continuous improvement and efficiency across sourcing activities and processes

What we’re looking for

  • Proven procurement experience in Cap Ex, engineering or technical categories
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge to drive value
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to communicate and present effectively at all levels
  • Ability to turn strategy into action and deliver sourcing activity at pace
  • Strong data analysis and insight capability
  • Solid project management skills across complex sourcing events
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and controls, ideally with CIPS L5/6 qualification
