40 hours per week Standard Working Hours Monday Thursday: 7:00am 4:00pm Friday: 7:00am 1:00pm We also offer flexible start and finish times to better suit our employees. For example, 6:00am 3:00pm. Job Summary We are looking for an organised and reliable Goods In / Despatch Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for the smooth and efficient movement of goods into and out of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating deliveries and despatches, managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched correctly.

About the Role The role will involve a varied mix of warehouse coordination, administration and stock control. You will work closely with colleagues, suppliers and delivery drivers to ensure goods are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Coordinating goods in and goods out processes Receiving and checking incoming deliveries Safely offloading deliveries and ensuring goods are stored correctly Checking deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation Raising, processing and maintaining purchase orders Preparing and coordinating outgoing goods and despatches Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with regular stocktakes Investigating and reporting any stock discrepancies or delivery issues Ensuring all relevant paperwork and systems are kept up to date Liaising with suppliers, couriers and internal teams as required Using Microsoft Office and other computer systems to maintain records and process information Supporting the wider warehouse and operations team as required Ensuring a clean, organised and efficient goods-in and despatch area Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will be organised, practical and comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy and attention to detail are important.

You should have:
Previous experience in a Goods In/Goods Out, Despatch, Warehouse or Stock Control role Experience processing and managing purchase orders Experience receiving and checking deliveries Confidence with stocktakes and stock control Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills Good organisational and time-management skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with suppliers and colleagues A practical, hands-on approach to warehouse and logistics activities
