About you Exceptional organisational and planning skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping is desirable Ability to work independently and within a team What you'll do Coordinate the movement of shipments across international trade lanes Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, hauliers and logistic partners to secure rates and service solutions Manage customer accounts, provide quotations, and support operational activities Track shipments from origin to destination ensuring high service standards Handle invoicing, administrative duties, and resolve operational issues swiftly For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
