Supply Chain Ops; FMCG

We are delighted to be partnering with a growing FMCG business to recruit a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator
. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced supply chain function.

Salary : £35,000 - Depending on Experience

Hours :
Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 17:00

Working closely with warehouse partners, transport providers, customers, and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining supply chain efficiency and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate daily activities across third-party logistics (3PL) providers and distribution partners.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery.
• Monitor stock movements and inventory transactions across multiple warehouse locations.
• Track deliveries and resolve shipment, stock, or fulfilment issues proactively.
• Support inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
• Liaise with transport providers to maximise service levels and OTIF performance.
• Produce operational, inventory, and supply chain performance reports.
• Support invoice validation and logistics administration processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, customer service, and operational performance.

• Experience with in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations
  .
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting customer fulfilment, inventory management, stock control, or logistics operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working within a fast-moving operational environment.
• Ability to analyse data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Previous experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, WMS, or inventory management software
  .
• Understanding of supply chain KPIs, service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment processes
  .
• Experience with in an FMCG, food, manufacturing, wholesale, or retail supply chain environment.
