About the Role As Senior Replenishment Manager, you will lead the replenishment and demand planning function across a diverse portfolio of international brands. You will oversee forecasting accuracy, stock management, supplier relationships, and a team of replenishment specialists to drive service excellence and operational efficiency. What You'll Be Doing Lead demand planning and inventory management across all product categories. Analyse sales trends, promotional activity, seasonal demand, and forecasting data to maintain optimal stock levels.

Manage supplier and brand relationships, acting as the key operational contact for demand planning activities. Oversee purchasing and replenishment operations using Microsoft Business Central and forecasting tools. Lead, mentor, and develop a team. Support new product and brand launches, ensuring seamless onboarding and stock availability. Partner closely with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver exceptional service levels.

What We're Looking For 5 years' experience in replenishment, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain leadership within FMCG, wholesale, or distribution. Proven ability to manage forecasts, inventory performance, and supplier relationships. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and ERP experience. Experience leading and coaching teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline preferred.

MCIPS, CILT, APICS/CSCP or equivalent qualifications advantageous. Why Join GM Marketing?
