Facilities Maintenance Officer

THE EMPLOYER IS: AN DROICHEAD To maintain high standards in the appearance and hygiene of An Droichead’s centre for all services, ensuring the building’s interior & exterior remain fit for purpose and in a good state of repair.

• Install appliances & equipment.
• Maintain Gardens and exterior, mowing and upkeep of lawns etc.
• Conduct small maintenance tasks such as replacing lighting bulbs etc.
• Check functionality of Safety systems fire alarms etc.
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during larger maintenance and renovation projects.
• Report to building manager for issues.
• Key holder responsibilities.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding and ability in the Irish Language.
• Hold a clean, up to date driving licence & use of car.
