About the Role:
The Maintenance Officer will support NIHE's South Antrim Area Team by carrying out day-to-day property inspections and liaising with contractors and tenants to ensure maintenance works are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance inspections
- Complete Change of Tenancy and PLIC inspections
- Communicate with contractors and tenants
- Support day-to-day maintenance activity
Essential Criteria:
- Degree Construction Management with one year's relevant practical experience (maintenance, inspections, housing stock, contractors), or three years' relevant experience
- Intermediate IT skills
- Basic Access NI clearance
