Cleaning Operative Ulster University Belfast Campus

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Cleaning Operatives at Ulster University Belfast Campus.

The main purpose of the role for the Cleaning Operative is to ensure that their allocated area is cleaned to the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

Location:

• Ulster University – Belfast Campus

Hours of work available:

• Monday to Friday 2pm - 6pm
• £13.45 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Dust control/vacuum and mop floors
• Empty and reline waste bins
• Dispose of waste
• Wash walls/ledges/desks/doors/glass/fixtures/fittings and chairs as per specification
• Wash/Sweep/Damp dust all stairs and handrails as per specification
• Ensure all areas of your schedule are completed as required
• Ensure all checklists are signed off as required
• Use of cleaning machinery, burnisher, scrubber dryer etc
• Comply with all health & safety regulations, manual handling, COSHH
• Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required

Education/

Experience:

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good oral and written English
• Must be able to take instruction as well as using their own initiative
