The Day to Day Youll support Tyre Fitters based at dealerships around Birmingham. Inducting new starters, coaching and conducting appraisals your focus will be on improving skills and motivating your team. Youll help create workplaces where people can thrive in a safe environment. Who we're looking for You might have worked as a supervisor in a previous fast-fit role. But if youre stepping up to this role, youll know how to run a tyre bay inside out and be able show others how its done.
