About the Company

Working Pattern- 30 hours per week
- Monday – Sunday
- Normal working hours: 07:00 am – 04:00 pm
- Event shifts: 06:00 pm – 01:00 am
- Evenings, weekdays and weekends as required
- 20 days’ annual leave (pro rata)

- Contract auditing: carry out quality audits as per schedule and company policy.
- Client contact: meet with clients as scheduled.
- Assist with payroll when needed.
- Check staff uniforms.
- Assist the operations manager with induction training for all new starts and staff moving sites.
- Ensure all staff perform their duties to the best of their abilities, checking each area on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Ensure all areas are fully stocked (toilet rolls, soap dispensers, etc.).
- Maintain own store area clean, tidy, colour‑coded and up to spec.
- Offer a fully flexible approach.
- Holiday cover: assist the area supervisor with approving or rejecting holiday requests and cover sickness.
- Stock ordering.
- Comply with all health, safety & hygiene standards, HACCP regulations, COSHH, and colour coding.
- Ensure all clothing, footwear and personal hygiene meet company guidelines.
- Daily staff management.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- NVQ/SVQ Level One in cleaning building interiors is an advantage but not essential.
- Previous customer‑service experience.
- Current BICS qualifications.
- Basic statutory training: reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety instructions and communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
