Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Botanic Studios in Belfast. This 37.5-hour week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) role focuses on fixing, maintaining and improving the building while ensuring statutory compliance and managing exterior waste bins.
You will handle routine repairs, planned maintenance and be the go-to person for building upkeep, helping create a welcoming, safe home for residents and supporting the wider operational team.
