Ksan Society is seeking a permanent full-time on-site cleaner/maintenance worker to join our team. The role involves cleaning in apartment/condominium complexes and office buildings, plus basic repairs and safety checks. Work is performed on-site with no remote option.
You will handle cleaning duties, operate vacuums, manage waste, and assist with minor systems maintenance under limited supervision. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in all weather and pass a criminal record check.
