JCB Operator

Wyre Forest £15.00 per hour PAYE Temporary Contract   13 July 13 October 2026 Monday to Friday   8:00am 4:00pm  some flexibility available  Lynx Employment Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced JCB Operator to join a busy Waste Depot on a temporary basis to provide sickness cover. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator looking for consistent weekday hours in a varied, hands-on role.

The Role As a JCB Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-loading JCB while supporting the day-to-day running of the waste depot.  

Key Responsibilities Operate a front-loading JCB safely and efficiently. Fill and move skips around the depot. Push up waste bays to maintain operational efficiency. Carry out litter picking and general yard housekeeping. Order replacement skips when required. Complete routine yard inspections. Follow all health and safety procedures.  Requirements Proven experience operating a front-loading JCB. Relevant plant operator certification. Good awareness of health and safety within a waste or industrial environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, safety-conscious and proactive approach to work.
