Vertas is seeking a Facilities Management Assistant to support the delivery of Building Cleaning and Caretaking services across a broad portfolio in the Rushcliffe area. You will help manage around 150 frontline staff and ensure service delivery across 50+ customer locations, including schools, offices, and depots.
This is a hands-on role combining people management, client engagement, quality assurance and operational delivery.
