Sandwich Infant School seeks an Estates Assistant to join our Estates team of 5 full-time staff. The role covers unlocking/locking the site, grounds maintenance, and basic DIY tasks to keep the buildings and surrounding grounds safe, tidy, and well presented.
You will work Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.30pm, indoors and outdoors, in a fairly physical role. Living on-site is a requirement, with a one-bedroom flat provided rent-free as part of the remuneration package, plus a modest monthly utility
