We are recruiting quality-driven, conscientious Automotive Valeters/Detailers for our SERE Motors dealerships in Belfast and Lisburn, plus a specialist Aircraft Valeter/Detailer based at Belfast International Airport. Whether you have previous vehicle preparation experience or are eager to learn a skilled trade with no prior experience, we hire for attitude and ability.

Discipline to manage daily task lists independently in a busy dealership or hangar environment. Driving Licence: A full UK Driving Licence (clean or with a maximum of 6 penalty points) is essential. Aviation Background Checks (BFS Role Only):
Ability to obtain an airport airside security pass (standard 5-year checkable work/education history and AccessNI clearance). Physical Capability:
Fitness to undertake active, hands-on exterior washing, vacuuming, and polishing. Communication:

Key Responsibilities by Role Motor Retailing Valeters / Detailers (Belfast & Lisburn):
Wash, decontaminate, vacuum, and detail new and used vehicles to showroom-ready presentation standards. Conduct daily forecourt checks and maintain pristine display vehicles inside the showroom. Safely transfer vehicles between Belfast and Lisburn facilities, assisting with customer collection and drop-off logistics. Maintain clean, organised valeting bays, chemical storage, and wash equipment. Aircraft Valeter / Detailer (Belfast International Airport):
Deliver high-standard interior cabin detailing across executive charter and aeromedical aircraft (leather cleaning, cockpit glass care, sanitisation, and carpet extraction). Perform exterior airframe washing, window polishing, and leading-edge brightwork finishing according to aviation standard operating procedures. Maintain hangar presentation, ground detailing kits, and approved aviation chemical stocks. Coordinate with flight operations and ground handling teams to ensure aircraft readiness for scheduled departures.
