Domestic Supervisor - Mid Ulster

First Choice Selection Services is recruiting for a Domestic Supervisor to oversee domestic services across Community Trust buildings, including health centres, throughout the Cookstown, Magherafelt and Maghera areas. ?

Hours:

30 hours per week ( Monday-Friday 8:30am 2:30pm or 9:00am 3:00pm) ? Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour ?

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervising and supporting domestic staff across multiple Community Trust sites. ? Planning and managing staff rotas to ensure adequate service provision. ? Completing regular quality audits and monitoring cleaning standards. ? Reviewing and processing weekly and monthly staff timesheets. ? Delivering inductions, training and ongoing support to domestic staff. ? Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.

? Recording and reporting staff sickness and arranging appropriate cover where required.
