The Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance Operative to join a growing team covering sites throughout Northern Ireland. This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve maintaining commercial properties to a high standard both internally and externally. A company van will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, taking pride in their work, and delivering a high-quality service.

Key Duties Window cleaning of commercial premises Gardening and grounds maintenance Power hosing and external cleaning duties General maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas Internal cleaning of commercial buildings where required Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard Safe use and care of equipment and company vehicle Travelling to different client locations across Northern Ireland What We're Looking For Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Trustworthy, responsible, and dependable individual Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Good attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Previous experience in cleaning, gardening, maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role would be advantageous What's on Offer?
