Senior Gearbox & Clutch Technician — EV​/Hybrid

As we continue to expand into Hybrid and Electric Vehicle technology, we’re looking for skilled technicians who are ready to develop their expertise and join a team driving innovation in gearbox repair and development.

You’ll join a highly skilled workshop team specialising in clutch and DSG transmission repairs, fault diagnostics, and complete gearbox rebuilds. This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who takes pride in precision work, thrives in a technical environment, and wants to stay ahead of the curve in emerging Hybrid and EV technology.

• Carry out clutch and transmission removal, repair, and refit procedures
• Diagnose gearbox faults using specialist diagnostic equipment
• Assist in the rebuilding and testing of DSG and other gearboxes
• Support workshop efficiency, quality control, and best practice standards
• Maintain accurate job records and uphold workshop safety standards

• Proven experience in vehicle repair or diagnostics
• Strong understanding of clutches, transmissions, and related systems
• Ability to work accurately under pressure with attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous learning and high-quality workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be able to work to book time or less
