Position: Cleaner/home organiser

I am looking for a reliable and efficient cleaner/home organiser to support with maintaining a clean, organised home.

The role includes Cleaning all key areas within the shift (kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, living area, hallway), Laundry (washing, folding, putting away), General home organisation and resetting spaces

This is a structured, task-based role with a consistent task list each shift.

The focus is on Working efficiently, Maintaining a steady pace, Completing all assigned tasks within the shift, Leaving each space clean, organised, and fully reset

The task list remains consistent unless otherwise specified.

Organisation systems, including labelling and placement, must be followed exactly. Items should be returned to their exact designated place and not reorganised or relocated without instruction.

A “completed” task means the space is:
Clean, Tidy, Organised in line with existing systems, With surfaces clear, items put away, and no partial tasks remaining

Working Environment

This is a neurodivergent household with a busy routine.

The right person will Be calm, respectful, and adaptable, Be comfortable working in a structured environment, Work in a way that does not add disruption to the household, and be able to work independently without supervision.

Shifts Trial

1–3 shifts per week (depending on efficiency and fit)

Initial 2-week trial period before moving to a regular arrangement

Successful applicants will be invited to a short trial shift to assess fit and working style

Pay

£40- 50 per shift

(typically 2–2.5 hours, based on completion of standard task output within the shift)
