Maintenance Manager

MCS Group is partnering with a leading global manufacturing organisation based in Belfast to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving best-practice maintenance and reliability across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies Embed maintenance best practices into daily operations Standardise work through methods and work instructions Lead, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers Deliver engineering improvement projects and support root cause analysis of reactive issues Promote RCM studies and FMEAs The Successful Candidate:
Third level Engineering qualification Proven experience managing maintenance or facilities teams Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to plan strategically, manage projects and budgets, and lead high-performing teams Proficient in MS Office This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer and play a pivotal role in driving reliability and continuous improvement.
