Location: Belfast - Waterfront Hall International Convention Centre
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Role: Mount Charles Group offers a fun, family‑oriented business. We are recruiting an Assistant Events Cleaning Manager at ICC Waterfront Hall, Belfast.
Working pattern- 40 hours per week
- 5 days over 7 days, operating between 0600hrs and 0100hrs
- This role includes evenings and weekends

- Contract Auditing – Carry out Quality Audits as per schedule and company policy.
- Client Contact – Meet with Clients as per schedule and complete client contact sheet.
- Assist with Payroll – Monthly checking of report.
- Assist operations manager with induction training – Provide induction training to all new staff and those moving sites as per induction list.
- Daily Staff Management – Manage unplanned absences, sickness, no‑shows as per central admin process.
- Ensure all staff complete their roles to the best of their abilities, including checking each of their areas on an ad‑hoc basis.

- Basic statutory training – candidates must have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for safety and customer communication; proficient computer literacy required.
