• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring objectives are met and fostering strong client relationships.
• Proactively engage in client business development and maintain existing relationships.
• Oversee communication between the project team and the client, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Take a leading role in collaborating with clients and consultants at all project stages.

• 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Degree in a construction-related discipline.
• Chartered or working towards Chartership (CIOB or RICS).
