Supervisor – Nightclub

We are looking for a supervisor to join our team at Ollie’s nightclub, Belfast. When it comes to hospitality and customer service, we believe we are the best in the business. Therefore, we are looking for the best people to join our award‑winning team.

• An overnight stay with dinner for two at The Merchant Hotel (subject to contract).
• Your birthday off!
• Paid Breaks

• Skilled in overseeing and coordinating a team of up to 20 staff members.
• Proficient in cash handling, scheduling, payroll management, and stock control processes.
• Flexible to work shifts extending until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar supervisory role is desirable.
