Position: Lead Frontline Customer Service Supervisor (Public Sector)
A large public sector organization in Belfast is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and develop a frontline services team. The ideal candidate will have a BTEC Level 3 qualification and at least 3 years of customer service experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring performance, and providing statistical analysis for management.

This role offers a salary of £16.90 per hour with a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
