This is a unique opportunity to join as an experienced an inspirational leader to take on a pivotal role as Team Lead for our new Belfast-based delivery centre.
You will have the opportunity to build, mentor, and manage a highly-skilled project team of Consultants who form the operational heart of our European practice. You will be a driving force behind project delivery from Belfast, helping to establish a centre of excellence for our most critical cloud transformation projects. This role is designed for a seasoned consulting professional who excels at leading teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring delivery excellence.
You will be a key team lead in our accelerated growth in Europe, shaping a culture that champions collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. We provide the autonomy to lead, and the resources of a global firm, empowering you to build a best-in-class project team.
Manager - EPM / ERP Cloud Delivery. As the Belfast Team Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Digital client projects staffed from the centre. Your focus will be on team management, operational excellence, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Team Leadership & MentorshipYou will directly manage the Belfast-based team of EPM and ERP consultants. This includes overseeing their performance, managing workloads and utilization, providing regular coaching and feedback, and actively guiding their career development and progression within Huron.
Delivery Excellence & Quality AssuranceYour role is to implement and oversee quality assurance processes, act as a key escalation point for project issues, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Huron's exacting quality standards.
Operational ManagementYou will manage day-to-day project operations, including resource planning, project staffing in collaboration with European practice leaders, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team. You will be responsible for reporting on team performance to senior leadership.
Stakeholder CollaborationYou will build and maintain strong relationships with Project Managers and Practice Leaders across Europe. You will act as the primary liaison for the team in Belfast, ensuring seamless integration and communication between the Belfast team and the wider European practice.
The Profile We're Looking For:An Experienced and Motivational Leader
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in both delivery and team management.
Experience- 8+ years of hands-on project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions
- At least 3 years in a formal team leadership or management role in a functional setting
- Background in a Big 4, Accenture, or another top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred
- Expert in structured delivery methodologies and deep understanding of managing large, complex clients
- Broad and deep understanding of the EPM and ERP cloud landscape, including leading platforms such as Oracle EPM/ERP, One Stream, Workday, or SAP
- Knowledge is crucial for effective project oversight and quality assurance
- Core Business Analyst skills, including business requirement gathering, system configurations, data modelling, and process mapping
- Exceptional leader with demonstrable experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating consulting teams
- Performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture
- Prior experience and proven ability to successfully manage and lead hybrid or distributed teams
- Understanding the unique challenges and success factors of this model
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interact confidently with everyone from junior consultants to senior leadership and clients
- Primarily based in Belfast with periodic travel to client sites across Europe for critical milestones
- Includes strategic kick-off meetings, intensive design workshops, and crucial on-site support during go-live phase
- Fluency in English is essential
- Professional proficiency in another European language is a significant advantage
