The RoleAs Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our three venues are operationally ready, safe and maintained to the highest standards. You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, support facilities projects and respond to building service faults.
This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role that works around live events, meaning you will need to be organised, responsive and confident working across multiple sites.
What You Will Be Doing- Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance (RM) across all venues
- Acting as a first responder for building services issues (mechanical, electrical and structural)
- Overseeing building management systems (BMS/Trend) to maintain comfort levels and energy efficiency
- Managing contractors, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with relevant standards
- Supporting the maintenance team by scheduling workloads and coordinating site visits
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, repair logs and statutory compliance documentation
- Working closely with Event and Production teams to support live events and conferences
Participating in the 24/7 on‑call rota to support operational continuity
- Experience working in a busy venue or events environment
- Facilities Management experience, including contractor management and scheduling
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety processes and statutory compliance
- Experience managing PPM/RM tasks around live operations or client activity
- Confidence using FM systems and standard IT applications
- A calm, proactive approach and the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple sites

Average 37 hours per week (flexible rota including evenings and weekends, five days over seven) - On‑call:
