Warehouse Team Lead

Join Our Family at Musgrave We are recruiting a Warehouse Team Lead for Drinks Inc.

The role is full‑time and a permanent contract. The successful candidate must be available to work the following shift pattern:
Monday to Thursday 12:00pm – 11:00pm.

• Support the management of the warehouse resources and ensure the effective running of the warehouse to the highest standards.
• Monitor and ensure adherence and compliance of operational processes within the business and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure effective communication within the operational teams and implement practices that will engage employees in line with the Musgrave values.
• Ensure all KPI targets related to the warehouse are achieved.
• Maintain a working environment in line with colleague engagement and legislation to include Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality Assurance.

• Minimum 12 months experience of working at a warehouse/operations team lead level.
• High degree of flexibility and a "co‑do" attitude.
• Strong communication skills.

• 6 months experience in supply chain distribution.
