General Manager

This is a new opportunity for an experienced, self-driven General Manager to provide strong leadership, enhance organisational capability, and support the business's long-term strategic direction.

As the General Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop departmental management teams
• Oversee operational performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement
• Drive efficiency, accountability, and structured problem-solving
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term business objectives
• Act as senior contact for key customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and health & safety standards

You will have:

• Experience in a leadership role in manufacturing, managing cross‑functional teams
• Strong operational, commercial, and financial acumen
• Confident communicator with proven leadership presence
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline or relevant experience will be considered
