Youll sit at the centre of multiple occupational pension schemes, acting as trusted adviser, scheme secretary, project lead and problem-solver with real influence over outcomes, not just processes. What youll do Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams Act as Scheme Secretary (permanent or interim) Own day-to-day client relationships and adviser engagement Manage governance, compliance, budgets and business plans across a portfolio of schemes Lead complex pensions projects and resolve issues before they escalate Drive quality, profitability and continuous improvement Beyond the day job Build strong professional networks and spot growth opportunities Contribute thought leadership through blogs, articles and client seminars Influence service development and future propositions People & progression Mentor and support colleagues Line manage where appropriate Keep your technical edge sharp in a fast-moving regulatory landscape Youll bring A solid occupational pensions background (DB & DC) Experience in pensions management, scheme secretarial, administration or project delivery Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and project discipline Confidence translating complex pensions issues into clear, practical advice
