The Role:

The Corporate Services Director provides strategic leadership across all enabling functions. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to organisational strategy, service development and business continuity, advise the Board of Trustees, represent the charity at sector forums, and support the growth of our signature projects and partnerships. Responsibilities:
Provide values-led leadership across all corporate services functions. Lead financial strategy, reporting, compliance and risk management. Drive sustainable income generation and diversification. Oversee digital strategy, IT infrastructure and data governance. Ensure effective corporate support services, procurement and facilities management. Support Board governance and strategic planning. The Requirements:
At least 5 years senior leadership experience. Proven experience in financial strategy, governance and risk management. Demonstrable success in income diversification and growth. Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders and building strong partnerships. Knowledge of legal due diligence, contract management and regulatory compliance. Recognised professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Desirable:
