This is a strategic leadership role, shaping operational strategy, driving change initiatives, and ensuring service excellence across a global network of offices. The Role You will own the strategic direction and performance of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Lead change initiatives to streamline AP processes and enhance efficiency Embed and monitor a robust internal control framework and regulatory compliance Guide Team Leads to deliver performance and operational excellence Build trusted relationships with global stakeholders Finance Business Partners, suppliers, and internal clients Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, including OCR, workflow systems, and vendor self-service portals Ensure governance and operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions This is a high-impact leadership role, shaping standards, structure, and performance in a busy, complex, global AP environment.

About You We are looking for an experienced AP leader with a strategic mindset and a track record of delivering change. You will bring:
Proven experience leading high-performing AP teams supported by Team Leads Expertise in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and risk management Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and high-volume AP performance Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives Confident, inspiring leadership and coaching skills Collaborative, resilient, and solutions-focused approach in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments You thrive on responsibility, strategic problem-solving, and delivering measurable impact while empowering your team to excel.
