Aviation Security Supervisor – Permanent Full‑time role.

Location:

Belfast International Airport.

Hours:

4 on 4 off shift pattern (07:00‑19:00 / 19:00‑07:00).
Pay: £14.65 per hour.

• Deliver results that meet or exceed customer expectations through full responsibility and accountability for overall supervision of operations.
• Provide operational briefings and coordinate and motivate the team.
• Co‑ordinate and supervise quality monitoring of officers within your work area; contact the Duty Manager and liaise with the Training Team for action plans on compliance issues.
• Implement and manage all instructions from Duty Manager, Training Manager, Station Manager and client.
• Assist in all action plans concerning compliance.

• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Availability to work both day and night shifts.
• Capability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.

• Hold current CRC (or be able to obtain one).
• Hold current CTC clearance.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Available for 24/7 shift work.

• Experience in aviation security.
• Team leader/supervisory experience.
• GSS Aviation Security qualification.
