Hayward Hawk is partnering with a leading professional services firm to source a Personal Tax Director to join their growing practice. This is a career-defining role within a progressive, agile business on a steep growth trajectory with strong leadership, an excellent client base, and real momentum across the wider advisory function.

The Role The successful candidate take a lead role in delivering complex personal tax advisory services to a diverse client portfolio including HNWIs, business owners, entrepreneurs, and family offices. You'll also work closely with the wider Corporate Tax, Private Client, and Wealth teams to deliver joined-up advice. This is a true leadership position with direct influence on strategy, client relationships, and team development.

Youll have the opportunity to shape the future of the personal tax function and play a key role in the firms next phase of growth. Leading client relationships across a varied and high-value portfolio Delivering bespoke tax planning and advisory services, including succession, residency, IHT/trusts, and property Managing and mentoring a high-performing personal tax team (9 people) Playing a strategic role in business development, thought leadership, and networking Driving process improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration Working closely with wider SMT to drive commercial goals across the firm.

The Person A seasoned Personal Tax professional with experience at Director level in a large firm Proven technical expertise across a range of personal tax matters Commercially minded with a strong track record of client engagement and advisory delivery Excellent leadership and communication skills able to influence at all levels Why join this firm?
