Global Reporting Manager

Artemis Human Capital is working in partnership with a PE backed business in the appointment of a newly created Global Reporting Manager role, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

This is a technically focused, group-level reporting position with broad responsibility across governance, compliance and external reporting. The role has been established following an internal restructure and will play an important part in strengthening financial oversight as the organisation continues to scale internationally.

This is a technically strong group-level reporting role. The position will assume responsibility for audit leadership, technical compliance, tax oversight and broader group reporting requirements.

The role has evolved due to an internal restructure and is key to strengthening financial governance and compliance as the business continues to scale.

• Lead and manage the annual external audit process.
• Act as primary audit liaison (internal and external stakeholders).
• Ensure strong technical compliance across the group (UK GAAP / FRS).
• Oversee corporate and international tax compliance (direct and indirect).
• Manage company secretarial requirements.
• Support refinancing, M&A and structural changes as required.
• Potential involvement in board reporting and group-level analysis.

• Strong technical accounting background.
• Ideally Big 4 or top 10 trained.
• Strong understanding of group structures and revenue recognition.
• Exposure to multi-jurisdiction reporting environments.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards is desirable.
