Site Manager Strip out/refurb Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects? Join our client's team and take the lead on ensuring exceptional standards, smooth communication with stakeholders, and on-time delivery. This project will be around the Belfast area with some work in Portstewart

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring project timelines are met. Maintain Health & Safety compliance and produce weekly order take-offs. Liaise closely with clients and customers, ensuring theyre informed and satisfied throughout the process. Handle documentation and manage customer queries efficiently. What Youll Need: 5+ years of experience with a Main Contractor Strong Health & Safety knowledge. CSR Gold Card Full clean driving license.
