Options resourcing have joined forces with one of the largest facade companies in Europe, dedicated to shaping the skyline of major cities with innovative and iconic building exteriors. With a rich history of excellence, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join their London team.

What to expect:
  • Oversee and manage unitised cladding installation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, solving challenges to keep projects on track.
    • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in unitised cladding installation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
