VANRATH are delighted to be searching for an Accounts payable Manager to manage a team of Accounts payable assistants and an Accounts Payable lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to take on a new team for a growing Finance Function in Belfast. This Role offers American working hours and a competitive salary package.

• Managing all AP processes for the team
• Adhere to compliance for tax
• Liaise with senior stakeholders
• Overseeing processing of all invoices & expenses in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy
• Manage payment runs
• Resolving client queries
• Managing a team of 10+, holding team meetings, promoting team environment
• Managing challenging situations with internal and external teams

• Experience of managing a large Accounts Payable function
• Experience of creating a deliveries KPIs
• Ability to resolve conflict and change efficiently
• Excellent managerial skills including creating a collaborative environment and managing challenging situations
