Operations Supervisor

What you will be doing:

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

40 hours per week.
Salary: £14.63 per hour. Premium paid for hours worked between 7pm – 10pm and 10pm – 6am.

• Desirable:
  Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment
• Ability to manage own and teams’ time effectively with attention to detail
• Energetic and enthusiastic
