- Provide financial and commercial analysis to support Cranleigh International's growth strategy.
- Develop financial models and business cases for new projects, partnerships and investment opportunities.
- Manage financial administration, including royalty payments, partner invoicing and cost reimbursements.
- Support the evaluation, negotiation and implementation of new school projects and partnerships.
- Prepare financial reports and updates for the CESL Board and senior leadership.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and assist with contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
- Represent Cranleigh International at sector events and stay informed about developments in international education.
- Promote compliance with data protection, safeguarding and organisational policies.
Essential:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in finance, business or commercial management.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Experience in commercial, financial or business development roles.
- Knowledge of the international education sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of financial literacy and strategic thinking capability.
Desirable:
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA).
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or international partnerships.
- Familiarity with legal and contractual frameworks for commercial partnerships.
- Experience supporting organisational growth or new venture development.
