Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager Greater Belfast Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse operations in the Greater Belfast area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing warehouse staff, overseeing Goods in and Goods Out operations, maintaining high warehouse standards, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance. You will work closely with the Head of Operations while acting as the first line manager for warehouse operatives and serving as a key point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team Manage attendance, performance, training and conduct Ensure Goods in and Goods out SLAs are achieved Maintain warehouse standards and Health & Safety compliance Coordinate staffing, rotas and annual leave planning Support client operational requirements and process improvements Deliver daily team briefings and operational oversight
