Belfast Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role A well-established supplier of timber and building materials is seeking a driven and ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to join their Belfast branch. Key Responsibilities As Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager across day-to-day branch operations, helping to drive performance, people, sales and profitability. Duties will include:
Supporting the Branch Manager in driving the branch forward in line with company objectives Achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets Assisting with the management and development of departments across the branch Overseeing stock control and ensuring availability meets customer demand Leading by example to deliver excellent customer service Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced trade environment

The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be a confident and proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills. We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, assistant manager or branch management role
