GAP Talent is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager (Client Side) for a luxury resort development in the Caribbean. This is a full-time, on-site expat role with relocation support and housing provided by the company.
You will manage cost plans, contract administration and commercial governance across multiple projects, working with project managers, consultants and contractors to maximise value and maintain cost control.
