Network Plus is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Southwest Water Lead Replacement Programme across Devon, Cornwall and West Dorset. You will drive safe, quality delivery, ensure documentation and progress are recorded, and manage subcontract resources in line with client requirements.
You will implement HSEQ processes, liaise with planning and street works teams, and report on progress and finances. Strong leadership, communication and no-dig technique knowledge are essential.
