BASC seeks a Head of Training and Education to lead the planning, direction and management of the association’s training, education and coaching. You will work closely with country and regional directors, head office teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic targets and drive positive change.
You will report to the Executive Director of Shooting and Operations and manage staff, contractors and volunteers, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and standards.
