Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as Operations Manager.
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a high standard of customer care across Shetland Arts. Working closely with the Director of Operations, you’ll lead our customer-facing teams and oversee the day-to-day operation of our Box Office, Front of House, Café Bar and Catering services, ensuring every visitor enjoys a welcoming, high-quality experience.

Responsibilities- Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week). Flexible working is expected, including evenings and weekends
- A PVG is required for this role
- Experience as a people manager in a busy public-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving and service-orientation skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Opportunity to shape how our venues and services operate – By leading and developing a dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our venues and events operate efficiently and successfully.
