Overview

EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 350 people.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales, always leading by example.
• Continuously communicate with and motivate the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Hold responsibility of being the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
• Continually coaching the team to ensure product knowledge, company policies and brand values are reviewed and reinforced at all times.
• People management activities, working in liaison with HR and senior management.
• Completing regular reports for senior management.

• Exceptional communication and coaching skills
• A proven people manager and team player
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office user, with the ability to learn in-house systems
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Furniture experience would be a benefit but not essential
• Ability to use your own initiative and escalate issues to senior management when appropriate
