About you
  • Valid NEBOSH Certification or equivalent Occupational Safety qualification
  • Proven experience in safety supervision or management.
  • Skilled in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication and organisational capabilities
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and able to deliver effective training programs
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to continuous safety improvement
What you’ll do
  • Develop and implement the organisation's health and safety strategy to ensure legal compliance and operational excellence
  • Manage and lead external audits for ISO accreditation and inhouse company audits.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Create, review, and update policies, procedures, and safe systems of work
  • Promote a positive safety culture through leadership engagement, training initiatives, and employee involvement
  • Work closely with internal teams, external regulators, and contractors to uphold safety standards and expectations
