Summary:

We are looking to recruit two experienced Line Warehouse Manager to lead a team within a fast-paced multinational retailer unionised warehouse operation. One Line manager for permeant night shift and one for rotating 6-2/2-10 shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in an operational environment and has a proven track record of managing teams, driving performance, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, motivate, and develop a workforce of over 30 employees through frontline managers and team leaders Drive operational performance through effective KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure productivity, quality, and customer service targets are consistently achieved Manage labour planning & resource allocation Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and employee engagement Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practice across the operation Key Skills/

Experience:
